We are now offering a 60 month financing option in addition to our standard 36 and 48 month terms. When you are on a tight budget, the 60 month term will lower your monthly payment so you can afford the Utility building, Lofted barn, Garage, Workshop, Office, or special design building that you need.

36-Month Financing

Your monthly payment is equal to 60% of the principal plus 40% finance charge

48-Month Financing

Your monthly payment is equal to 50% of the principal plus 50% finance charge.
Once you have possession of your new portable building, simply mail your payment to Factory Direct each month. Please note that we do not accept payments made with a credit card and we will not mail you monthly statements unless your account is in arrears.
